The Planning Website:
We provide each of our couples with a comprehensive, easy to use website to plan all of your wedding details. This website walks you through everything that your DJ and Emcee need to know to help you create an amazing, seamless experience for you and your guests.
The planning website includes a walk through of all of the important moments of the day, from the ceremony to wedding party introductions to your first dance, to make sure that you don’t forget a song for any special part of the day.
We also help you create a timeline for your wedding - this is crucial for keeping everything flowing effortlessly throughout the day. We get lots of clients who feel anxious about creating an event timeline - don’t be nervous! We’ve got sample timelines you can follow, and our expert team is here to answer your questions and give you suggestions.
The final component of the planning website are your dance music requests! This is where you provide your DJ with examples of the types of music you and your guests want to listen to on your wedding day. You also have access to a variety of playlists from different genres and decades that you can use as inspiration.
Site Visits:
Whether your wedding is taking place at an unusual location, or you’ve decided to tie the knot in your own backyard, sometimes photos and phone calls aren’t enough for us to get the lay of the land. For unique setups, our team will arrange a site visit at your wedding venue, so we can understand exactly where your DJ will need to set up to provide the best sound on the day, and what equipment they will need.
We have experience with a wide variety of wedding venues, and we love the opportunity to explore new locations and one-of-a-kind wedding layouts!

Setup Locations:
One common question that we get from our couples is whether our team can manage a wedding where the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all in different locations on the same property. The answer is absolutely!
We work with you before the wedding day to get all of the logistics:
Which parts of the day are happening outside
Which events are happening inside
The different rooms you will be using
How the DJ’s setup fits into the layout of the space
Our DJs prepare ahead of time and bring enough equipment for every part of the day. This means that if your DJ is playing music for your ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing, they will set up for everything before your ceremony. Our goal is to create a seamless experience for you and your guests, so that there is continuous music from the time the DJ starts playing through to the end of the evening.
Communication:
From the time you first reach out to us about your big day, expect to hear from us regularly! We’re here to help you choose the right services for your wedding day, and to help you throughout the planning process.
We check in frequently to see if you have any questions about your music, your planning website, or any other parts of your wedding planning. Our team is happy to answer questions, provide planning tips, and to be here for support. We offer both email support and support phone calls to our clients at any point in the planning process.
The most important part of our planning process is the Final Planning Meeting. This takes place during the final month before the wedding. During this call, a member of our team goes through the planning website with the couple and makes sure that we have every single detail that the DJ or Emcee is going to need to know to create an amazing experience on the wedding day. Our couples even have the option of meeting their DJ or Emcee on this call if they would like.
