Wedding Planning Guidance from Day One
Our wedding planning process starts with a consultation call to discuss your wedding vision, your music tastes, and which package would be best for you. Once you book our services, you will receive a service agreement and invoice, as well as access to your personal wedding planning website.
Our Client Care Team is here to support you throughout your planning process, from your first consultation to after your wedding day! We are available by email and for phone calls whenever you need support, so that you can receive guidance from experienced wedding professionals throughout your wedding planning journey.
Seamless Music Planning with Our Custom Wedding Website
As part of all of our packages, each of our couples receives access to their own wedding planning website. This website walks you through all of the aspects of your wedding day that involve a DJ and/or Emcee, and allows you to pick songs or add playlists for every important part of the celebration.
The planning website also allows you to create a custom timeline for the day. It also includes playlists of the most requested songs for every part of the wedding day, so you have resources to refer to for inspiration at any time.

Stress-Free Wedding Day Logistics
Our experienced wedding DJ team helps to facilitate smooth setup and transitions on your wedding day. Our team can do setups in multiple locations at your venue if needed, to ensure there is a seamless flow of music from your ceremony through to dancing without any unexpected pauses.
During your wedding day, your DJ will coordinate with venue staff and other vendors to ensure that everything is running smoothly. If your DJ is also the Emcee for the evening, they will also handle all key announcements and make sure that speeches and other activities during dinner happen in the right order, so you and your guests can relax and enjoy the day.
